Technology makes senses. Especially in a somewhat dated industry. It's so exciting to be part of a team passionate about transforming medication management through such an innovative product. In my position I've been given much responsibility, but not more than I can handle, and also the freedom to organize myself in the way I am most productive. I feel respected and valued, and that the talent I bring to the table makes an impact. The office culture is great and it really makes the work day that much smoother.

Alixa has a great benefits program. I personally have been an employee for about 2 yrs (it seems longer). I was intrigued by the cutting edge innovation involving putting med machines into Long term care facilities. I can see the company getting stronger as it goes along. If you are a self starter and good at prioritizing then this is the job for you. If you need constant oversight then look elsewhere. I still love my job and the many individuals I have the honor to work with although many of them I just have contact with via phone and email. I think for everyone this is a learning and growing experience of which I am proud to be a part.
