Pharmacists are really nice to work with. PTO time is generous. Salary is more than most companies for a pharmacy technician.

Cons

Long hours. Some technicians don't help or do their fair share causing you have to stay over.

AlixaRx functions in an extremely political environment. It's not about what you know or the passion that gives you to perform; it's all about who you know! This philosophy had no place in the healthcare sector!
