Pros

Flexible hours, competitive wages, room to grow, and respectable peers. Its pretty fulfilling working here. I have learned a lot and i don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Leadership will at least listen to you. I seen far worse in other big companies.

Cons

While this company may have problems, every company has problems. I do not think the past reviewers have accurately portrayed this company from an objective lens. My supervisor listens to me and will make changes as necessary. Benefits could be better, but i have seen worse elsewhere.

Lack of leadership direction. Poor employee/leadership communication. Inconsistent hours poor training of new hires which causes turnover.
