Business Outlook
Pros
Decent hourly pay. Very flexible work hours. No immediate supervison. They pay you mileage pay. Unprofessional management. Lack of communication between pharmacy and service technicians. Pharmacy has dropped the ball many times when asked to send out meds right away so facilities end up going without.
Cons
Since there's no immediate supervison when something doesn't get done or something goes wrong you are accused right away instead of being asked what happened like management should. Mileage pay is low compared to the IRS suggested amount and then they take of the first 20 and last 20 miles. On-call 24 hours Monday - Friday and every other weekend. Lack of formal training. I was trained for 2 days and then left on my own.
