Challenging work, Easy Commute, Great team to work with, Love closed door concept.

Cons

Not enough stability and too many changes in personnel, low pay with just ok benefits, annoying interactions (but I think the system has changed since I left).

Decent pay. This could have been longer a few months back but that's all that's positive right now

Cons

Upper management has changed the environment and likes to place blame on the employees when really management is the reason for failure. No acknowledgement of good workers. Everything is always so negative. If you want a stressful and depressing job Alixa is for you! By the way you're better off getting better benefits through Obamacare.
