AlixaRx provide great opportunities for career growth and advancement. My team members are smart, energetic, and dedicated to improving patient care. The leadership is passionate and focused on continuous improvement. There are plenty of opportunities to work with cool, new, and innovative technologies. AlixaRx has a startup culture with stable financial backing.

Cons

The very fast-paced environment and high expectations from upper management can be stressful at times.

Company is working incredibly hard to change an industry that has been the same for 30+ years. Innovation is not easy and not for everyone but it feels so rewarding to see the progress we are making.

Cons

Resistance from those who don't embrace change. In some states, having to push for new regulations to catch up with technology.

The only thing I liked about this job was getting sterile compounding experience I could use to get the heck out of there.

Cons

They don't care about employees. Turnover is extremely high. They put lazy, non working people in leadership positions. They take on more work than they have employees, leading to full time employees working 55-60 hours a week with low wages. NO EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION AT ALL. IT IS A SLAVE SHIP!
