Pros

They have an interesting business model and the technology they bring to a very old school business is compelling.

Cons

The prior leadership team was in shambles. I believe the PE backing had unrealistic expectations of what the company was capable of in the short term. The current CEO Brad Savage was a bright spot even though he was relegated to a sales role. Bringing him back to CEO was a smart decision.
