Salary on time is the only pros

Too much internal politics, if you don't nod to every idea of your bosses sitting in US and UK, you are fired any moment and that too without any reason. they have now established a SSC which is also going to be a flop as they do not have a vision neither any headcount planning, just bringing random headcounts to India in order to save cost.
