      Pros

      Current Management (2022) appears engaged and dedicated to the success of the employee both in and out of the office Ability to be remote Generous Vacation time New Brand is dedicated to improving DE&I

      Cons

      Work Environment can be quite sexist and at times racist There doesn't seem to be a lot accountability or consequence for much of anything It is difficult to build rapport with co-workers The wage gap is very real Male to Female diversity is ok - not great - but okay. Racial diversity is very slim. Lack of Global awareness in some segments of the business.

      If you like overtime hours this is the place for you.

      Pros

      There is advancement in certain departments, if you know the right people. Overtime, if you want it, especially the 7th day.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime. Work on most paid holidays and weekends. Vacations, UPTO, point systems are based on 40 hours weeks.

      Great room for growth. Satisfying work if you can get into the industry. Great coworkers. Flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Pay is probably a bit lower than some other industries. Work load is a bit excessive.
