Owned and operated by investors that are only interested in selling off the company and not investing in their employees truly a rotten business culture. The CEO surrounds himself with only yes men. Doesn’t like the truth only wants to be fed lies that support his own agenda.

Cons

A lot of finger pointing to please the VPs no matter ifs right or wrong . Looking the other way when poor product gets sent out to the customers, just for the fact they don’t want the CEO to acted like a child and throw things at them .. and yes that happens .
