Pros

Great company culture that is rooted in collaboration. The company is lead by a strong management team that is truly invested in its employees. Everyone in the office is passionate about the exciting work that Alkermes has to offer. Not to mention, there are plenty of opportunities for growth and recognition.

Cons

I really can't think of many cons. In the past I would've said flexibility regarding remote working, but the company is currently working on rolling out a new work from home policy.

Pros

Potential for growth and learning is great. Environment is energetic and people are passionate.

Cons

Despite being around for over 30 years, Alkermes is still growing up. There is a lot of change and restructuring in the last year. The next 2 years are going to be critical for Alkermes to meet the potential that it has.
