Mission driven, strong leadership, care about employees, value hard work and collaboration, don’t have to kill yourself to be successful

Cons

Company is growing fast and is struggling with keeping its culture while adding people from other companies. Needs to continue to make investments in its infrastructure

Forward Thinking Bio-Tech Company with Great Culture

Pros

Fantastic management with special attention to revolutionizing procedures and internal work culture. Very diverse and forward thinking with solid foundation.

Cons

Only downside I can think of, and it is a stretch, is the cafe is a little pricey. It is Boston though!

The foundation of why it's enjoyable to work for Alkermes is a great culture of collaboration that is focused on doing everything possible to help patients.

Cons

The only con is the downside a very good thing: rapid growth! We're growing so quickly it's hard to keep up sometimes. Very good problem to have.
