AllClear is one of the best places to work if you are willing to be a team player, flexible and work hard. Really great corporate culture. The company takes the core values seriously and employees are encouraged to live by them. There is so much opportunity to grow in your career if you are self-directed and hard-working. The leadership team has a high level of integrity and tries to cultivate strong company values in themselves and others. They treat every employee with respect and are transparent in companywide meetings. The CEO is innovative and generous. I have always seen him strive to do the right thing for the company and employees. I worked at AllClear for several years and honestly, it was my favorite place to work and I am still good friends with my previous coworkers. The company is also very client focused. Customer service is a #1 priority. The facilities are really nice. The corporate office is downtown -- within walking distance of the Capitol, the train, and lots of restaurants. It’s easy to go out with friends downtown after work.
Cons
Work-life balance can be tricky at a fast-growing start up. Don’t go to AllClear unless you are someone who is passionate about your job and are okay with working late when needed.
