1 pro would be not working here in the first place

Cons

Worst corporation to work for ever.. constantly cutting employee benefits. Terminating employees and expecting the slack be taken up by existing employees. Management attitude is the worst. And the board members don't know a thing about fixing trucks attempting to make policy that inhibit worker from getting work done
