Expanding at lightning speeds. if you like the thrill and challenge of being on the ground floor of an up and coming power house this is it.

Cons

Growing too much too quick. The cost of growth is obvious. expanded a bit too quickly without focusing much on foundation. Base of the pyramid needs to be built first.
