Great people, but administration needs work

Working with at risk youth, gaining team rapport, great learning experience, overtime is plentiful.

Cons

Upper management not in tune with employees, promoting within company is slow, not enough morale for line employees, pay needs to increase.

Benefits are great, and flexible hours.

Cons

Administration is terrible, and the pay is horrible. There is no plan of action that stays on for more than 6 months at a time, and things are always changing which makes it very difficult to run a successful program...hence, it isn't a successful program. Instead it's a very frustrating place to work, with very poor communication between departments, starting from the top down.
