Clinical Team is invested in providing and creating evidence based treatments.

Cons

With new changes to clinical approach and lack of clinical understanding, many employees do not find value in the implementation of the clinical treatment making positive change difficult.

Pros

I enjoy working with the at risk youths. It felt great helping them learn new things. I get along well with my co- workers. The hours were great 730 am to 330 pm. Great benefits.

Cons

The Kids could become violent and hurt you.
