Pros

Decent base pay, flexible schedule

Cons

I have to admit, they sold me during the interview process. The charm, promises, and hearing that the majority of the leads are inbound made me think this was the perfect opportunity. The excitement continued through the first week of training, but once we hit the phones, things started going downhill. Know this: most of the calls you take are from people looking for a small loan to cover an expense, and your job is to convince them into debt relief instead, under the pretense that they have a debt problem. It doesn’t matter if they’re asking for $2,000 or $20,000—that’s our job. It is extremely tedious and soul-crushing to take such calls, knowing you are misleading your clients. If it’s not an inbound call, you’ll be calling extremely old leads who have already told us no or blew us off in the past. A small few are traditional salespeople and are good at deceiving clients, but most people, as other posters have stated, will never even earn a commission. The turnover is insane. I concur that most of the training class is gone by the end of the second month. The base pay is decent, but don’t expect commissions or a clear conscience. When you first get hired, they heavily focus on getting you to refer people. Never refer anyone to a company until you have fully experienced it yourself.

While we respectfully disagree with some of the concerns raised, we appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification. We do not engage in any misleading sales practices; every conversation is compliant with the services we offer. While lead quality can vary, our marketing strategy is built to connect with consumers who can genuinely benefit from our services, and we continually refine that process. many of our advisors successfully convert all leads into meaningful opportunities. Our compensation model is structured to offer strong earning potential and is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains competitive within the industry. While individual experiences may vary, many of our advisors consistently meet and often exceed their goals, finding the role both financially and professionally rewarding. As for team retention, we do not expect high turnover. Many of our advisors have built long-term careers with us. While we welcome referrals from team members who enjoy their work, participation is always voluntary. We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated the flexibility of the schedule and found the compensation satisfactory.

Pros

Remote and IT will get you what you need by the next day. Pay was on time.

Cons

Everything. They really paint a great picture of what it will be like once you hit the floor out of training. What you’ll find is no support from any managers. You can sit and message or call any of them and it’s rare anyone answers your chat. Some of the leads were YEARS old. You’re on a dialer all day praying you get an inbound call but to no avail. My entire training class was gone the first month on the floor. Either fired for not being able to meet their unattainable goals, or quit because they saw it for what it was early on. They let a colleague go right after he finished closing a deal. Just so they can keep that client and make money off them. Fired him during his break saying it wasn’t working out. No PIPs or anything. KNOWING the leads were old, reworked leads and having atleast a week go with no leads in the dialer due to “issues” with their vendors. I was disappointed because there were some good people there. The only two left just got laid off due to “downsizing”. Overall I’d give them a 1 for my experience. We agree, it was a waste of time for us who kept in contact after we left. Honestly seems like what they do is hire people to keep up with calls. Hoping they each sell just enough and then fire them for not meeting their high quota. They also use misleading tactics to get leads. Such as making it sound like a government program who will just pay off people’s debt or a loan they qualified for, only to do switch bail to debt settlement. This is not legal. I am not one to just review but this one really left a bad taste in my mouth.

We take these concerns seriously and appreciate the chance to clarify. Creating a supportive environment for our team is a priority and leadership and HR remain available to assist when needed. While lead quality can vary, our marketing strategy is built to connect with consumers who can genuinely benefit from our services, and we continually refine that process. In some cases, leads may be older, which is common in sales, but many of our advisors still close successful deals from them. Our performance expectations are outlined from the start, and advisors are provided with the tools, resources, and guidance needed to succeed. When goals are not met, we make staffing decisions based on consistent and fair performance criteria on the milestone goals that apply to where one is in their employment. Regarding the “Bait and switch” claim, we want to be clear that we do not engage in any misleading tactics. Every conversation is intended to be transparent about the services we offer, with the goal of providing ethical, solution-based guidance. We believe our compensation model offers strong earning potential and review it regularly to keep it competitive in the industry. While experiences can differ, many of our advisors meet and exceed their targets and find the role highly rewarding. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations, but we’re glad to know your pay arrived on time and that IT was able to assist you quickly.

Pros

In my two years at the company, I have witnessed remarkable growth and abundant opportunities. Starting as a Senior Sales Manager, my hard work was recognized, and I was consistently provided opportunities to develop and advance within the organization. The company genuinely promotes internal growth and clear career paths, actively encouraging employees to seize new challenges. Leadership, from supervisors up to the C-suite, has always been accessible, approachable, and committed to mentoring. The investment in personal and professional development here is truly unmatched.

Cons

Rapid growth brings inevitable challenges. The organization moves fast, and sometimes you need to pivot quickly to adapt to changing priorities or strategies. This agility, while beneficial, can occasionally be demanding. However, the leadership consistently remains grounded and supportive, keeping both employees’ well-being and customer satisfaction at the forefront.
