Pros

I just try to have fun with my friendly co-workers after shifts.

Cons

The turnover rate is astronomical because employees are constantly exploited and treated with no respect. Leadership makes awful, ineffective decisions while silencing any input from the team. Employees have no power and are forced to follow orders regardless of how damaging they are.

We respectfully disagree with the comments and appreciate the opportunity to address them. Our retention rate remains strong, and we do not anticipate high turnover—many of our advisors have built long-term, successful careers with us. We take concerns about leadership seriously and act promptly when issues are raised. While every role comes with its own expectations, we’re sorry if your experience didn’t align with yours.

Pros

No pros. Don’t bother with this company.

Cons

Alleviate Financial Solutions has an extremely negative and hostile company culture. The demands by the leadership are practically unreasonable, and employees are forced to work excessively and be exhausted because we have no choice if we want to keep our jobs. Working here is brutal and tiring, and that’s the only type of experience you’ll have here.

While we respectfully disagree with the comments raised, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Our debt advisors typically work a standard 40-hour week and are not required to work excessive hours. Many of our team members are highly motivated, consistently exceed their goals, and find the role both rewarding and fulfilling. We’re proud of the positive culture we’ve worked hard to build. Many of our team members have been with us for years, a true testament to that commitment. Our Employee Appreciation Committee helps keep this spirit alive by fostering positivity, strengthening connections, and celebrating the achievements that make our team exceptional.

Pros

The culture is truly unmatched—collaborative, uplifting, and full of people who genuinely care. Management support has been outstanding since day one. You’re never left to figure things out alone. Uncapped commission structure gives you the opportunity to control your earnings if you're willing to put in the work. Fast-paced environment with lots of growth and learning opportunities.

Cons

Starting salary isn’t the most competitive, though commission can make up for it. Hiring sometimes feels rushed—filling seats quickly instead of promoting from within or waiting for the right fit. Lack of standardized operating procedures makes scaling feel chaotic at times. Growth is happening so fast, it’s starting to outpace internal systems and processes.
