Management doesn't care

Pros

Nothing at all, it is awful even the clients.

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees nor clients. They fired people stating they have no money to pay bonuses yet they got a better and more expensive building. Not only that they are putting more skills to account managers than what they were originally hired for. They got rid off the outbound team and expect us to do both inbound and outbound and of course because we got to do both, people use more outbound and the inbound queue gets stuck back to back for such a long time. They expect us to do welcome calls, monthly reviews within 9 minutes and not only that if you talk back and reinforce your rights you get fired. We can't have freedom of speech and to be honest I will be submitting legal action against them for wanting to take my freedom of speech away.

The company strives to place management over our teams, who care for our clients and employees. While the requirements for bonus earnings may occasionally change, the Company still provides bonus compensation for the account manager role, as we do not have any financial limitations preventing us from doing so. Furthermore, our company practices an Open-Door policy, welcoming feedback and concerns. We do not support or encourage retaliation for voicing grievances, and we take these accusations seriously. Given that your review indicates that you are a current employee, we encourage you to contact the Human Resources Department to express your concerns. We thank you for your valuable feedback.

Pros

New Office, possibility of remote work.

Cons

Layoffs are coming even when certain employees have been hired for a few months. They just moved to a new, very expensive office in Irvine which often go underused or unused. If they don't know how to plan ahead, please don't hire FT employees. It's irresponsible. The company has been around for only 5 years and management would rather spend $$$$ on a new office than pay employees a bit more.
