Asking questions or seeking clarification on processes is often discouraged, which makes it difficult to fully understand expectations or perform effectively. The technology and systems are extremely outdated and create unnecessary barriers to doing the job effectively. Many processes feel like they are being held together by legacy tools that no longer meet current industry standards. Instead of improving or modernizing workflows, there seems to be a tendency to maintain the status quo, even when it leads to inefficiencies, rework, and frustration for employees.
