Pros

Manager seemed knowledgeable and experienced

Cons

I received a written job offer, completed all onboarding steps, and even confirmed with the recruiter that my drug screening could be completed after I returned from international travel. Despite this agreement, the company rescinded the offer before my scheduled appointment. This experience raised serious concerns about communication and reliability in their hiring process. It’s disappointing to invest the time and energy into onboarding, only to have the role pulled because of a scheduling misunderstanding that had already been discussed and confirmed.
