      Nothing about the place was positive.

      Too many to name but the biggest problem is the way employees are treated.

      Pros

      Maybe the fact I can work from home. But that's about it.

      Cons

      When I started at Allied it seemed that they cared for their employees. The people who had been there the shortest amount of time was 5 years. Now it's more like a revolving door. But if you have a life or personal anything going on, forget it. Getting past any struggles you are then black balled from doing anything else. Constant threats from upper management. No communication. No help. They expect empathy but can't give it in return. I was told by current HR that although they'd hear me, they'd only listen to management.

      Pros

      Good Opportunity - great training. Very good place to learn and grow. My manager helped me when I needed advice. My team worked really well together and everyone pitched in to get a great job done. Work life balance is high priority - company events and time off to spend with family.

      Cons

      Lots of information to learn and some very busy times during the year.
