Pros

My experience has been that everyone works really hard and really cares about the customer. The environment is fun and flexible and there is a lot of opportunity as the company is growing very quickly.

Cons

Space is limited but that isn't a bad problem. Tuition Reimbursement would be nice but the internal training is really improving.

Pros

Work/life balance at Allied is the best I've had so far in my career. Aiding in this was the opportunity to at times work from home. Upper management has a genuine interest in your success and growing with the company. Culture and employee wellbeing are important, and there were many monthly outings, seminars, lunches, etc. Located centrally downtown and easily accessible by train.

Cons

There are certain months of the year that are busier than others, but that's the industry.

Pros

I have been working at Allied for almost two years and have had a great experience. There is lots of training to learn about the industry and the company when you start out, so prior experience in the field is not necessary. The managers are truly invested in your growth and career path, and check in frequently to make sure you are enjoying the work and moving toward your goals. The work environment is fun and relaxed, with company-wide events to make office life more interesting.

Cons

It gets very busy at certain times of the year, as with any company, but the option to work from home makes it easy to keep the work/life balance.
