NONE, I would say the ability to work from home, but NAH.

Cons

Upper management was terrible, heartless & petty. They only care about themselves and everyone who works for them. Far too much favoritism going on, and I won't even get started on the HR dept. Needless to say, I'm so glad I'm no longer there. The only thing I take away from my experience working there is, the grass isn't always greener on the other side; I only gave this 1 star because I could not leave this blank!

Leadership is incompetent and disrespectful, training is sub-par, the benefits are the worst I have ever seen. The advancement opportunities are non-existent.

Pros

Nice location, good team feel. Benefits are so so, but you do not accumulate vacation time until after 90 days so you do not actually get 3 weeks.

Cons

Very heavy data entry. Very little on the technology side. If you have spent much time in technology mature organizations this company will be frusterating. If you are a data entry person you can have a long future here. No project management methodology or philosophy. Get in good with the director of HR and your future will be bright.
