Pros

If you like a call center atmosphere and high pressure sales this may be for you. The other sales reps in the office are friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

Management is horrible and unprofessional. Constantly berating people. Cursing and putting people down. They hire you at a good salary and then change it. You cannot go off script when selling. High turnover.

Pros

As a current employee of Allied Steel Buildings (ASB) my experience has been nothing short of spectacular. ASB has worked around my college schedule allowing me to complete my education in a timely manner. They have provided me with the necessary training that has allowed me to excel in my current position as well as my career. ASB continually works with their customer, as each customer is different, to find the appropriate building and parameters that will make each project successful.

Cons

I'm happy to be part of the Allied team.
