Pros

The pay checks cash every time. Really good comradship on the shop floor!

Cons

This is a great place if you want to prove your masculinity. No please, no thank you but occasionally someone will yell at you. I have witnessed several squared off man to man moments and HR is nowhere to be found.

They will not have you working in the position you apply for or are hired for. They do not want to make your job easier ir pay you more than the minimum regardless of experience or quality. The bosses have never worked in a shop before but will try to tell you how to do your job
