Good place to realize you mean nothing to management if you can't reach their goal of numerically driven expectations...

Cons

There aren't enough seconds in the day to describe how under appreciated those people are who show up early or at least on time, and work hard everyday. Managers have let sooo much slip by the wayside, the place is a disaster waiting to happen. The tools and machinery are ancient, and people have been hurt using them - yet management insists on berating the users of the tools and machinery for the mistakes that could have been avoided if only the right tools and equipment were to be invested in - including quality leadership, and personnel, - and quality training practices were instilled.
