Programmers don't help or exist much, getting help or changing something is yeah.... Absent. Career growth is kinda flat Pay is lacking, once a year review. No benefits that are worth it. Maybe Nike or Adidas employee access. Poooor 401K Programs are in disarray and always have problems Maintenance on machines suuuuuuck. Broken tool changers and machines frequently. 1 new machine that's a doosan. Others are old or broken. Machines and parts all over the floor. That have been disassembled from old machines or work areas. Sit in the isle way for many months.
