Company presents itself as transparent, but does not walk its talk. Too many chiefs and fake titles. Very top heavy and overpaid. My experience with middle management /supervisor, who was not qualified, nor has the ability or fortitude to be in a management role was awefull. This person is being falsely protected by it's executive leader who hired them. I am harassed and bullied excessively for having my own healthcare issues. I was mislead on PTO approval all to be written up and falsely accused of not being able to perform my job duties. The CEO is blind to the goings on in her organization. I was told I will be put on furlough as a non essential employee when the next nurse strike occurs. This is a company that does not invest in its employees unless you are in the "inner circle". Extreme nepotism and unfair labor practice are occurring at this organization.

Red tape, large organization, difficult to impact change, tenured and tired leadership, difficult to grow
