      Pros

      Most people are nice. Good schedule and flexible.

      Cons

      Very "willy-nilly" and not great with consistency. Managers say one thing and then another later. I am very black and white when I start somewhere and have been told they are more gray. Some staff are very negative.

      Met some friends while working there

      Cons

      Upper management didn’t care about patients or staff. It felt terrible coming to work everyday. We became nurses to care for others, not to give subpar care because we aren’t given the resources or support needed in order to do that. It all comes down to the bottom dollar.

      Flexibility, mostly great colleagues, great benefits

      Cons

      You will have to contend with the extreme favoritism of nurses’ demands every three years. You will not be allowed to express your feelings because it is clear that the needs of all other fields do not matter in comparison to the nurses. Their union is extremely powerful. Your job will remain in jeopardy because nurses get what they want, which will not leave enough funds for everyone else.
