Allina doesn't care about their employees
Pros
Decent health insurance for a single person that has a low deductible.
Cons
Allina has decided to decrease PTO accrual for employees that have been employed with them for over a certain amount of years. If you are anything besides an RN, do not expect ANYTHING over a 3% raise, if they'll even give you that (employees that have worked here for 20 plus years dont even get 3%). They no longer will allow you to roll over any end of year PTO after a certain number. They only match 2% of your 401k. Do not expect any bonuses or employee appreciation incentives besides a pizza party or a plant. The turnover rate is unreal which leaves you to do 3 peoples jobs and continue to stay under appreciated. AGAIN, if you are anything but an RN, do NOT expect any sort of advancement opportunities specifically in the business office aspect of Allina. You're a scheduler? Well, guess what? You'll always be a scheduler.
