      Extremely poor leadership has sent me into a mental health hell hole.

      Work from home and healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership does not care about employees. I would absolutely never recommend this company to my worst enemy. The pressure to complete tasks is immense and we are incredibly short staffed yet there appears to be no plan to hire adequate numbers of employees. I have consistently asked for help and have been ignored. It’s led me into a heavy and deep depression that I can’t seem to shake off. Do not work here.

      Pros

      Usually there's overtime available, but only because we're terribly short-staffed.

      Cons

      Used Covid as an excuse to take away many things, including raises, tuition reimbursement, and 401k matching for non-union positions. Management has attempted to pit staff against each other, resulting in many leaving. Position has been down-graded in what appears to be an attempt to save money, but will ultimately be less safe for patients.
