      Pros

      Authoritarian style upper management can make terrible decisions lickity split and force good employees to suddenly have to defend their private values or be ostracized as a wild conspiracy theorist.

      Cons

      Upper management trusts health care providers to provide health care for patents, but doesn't trust us to make our own informed decisions on what is best for us. Instead, they put us in harms way, got several of us sick due to the pandemic, and are now mandating vaccines for us. Any who refuse must face interrogation and being ostracized as management has taken the position that any dissent is misinformation.

      Great co-workers, decent benefits, holiday pay for MNA, hospitals are will kept for the most part

      Cons

      They force non-FDA approved vaccines on staff and threaten their jobs. Lack of PPE during a pandemic

      - co workers was awesome - great health insurance plan with hsa for people who barely go to the dr (save a lot of money thank to this plan) - excellent IT department

      Cons

      - management need work - the attendance policy in the call center was ridiculous, like extremely ridiculous - the attendance policy show the workers that leadership do not care about their menthal health, family, and life ( You get 8 point in 1 years, if you are late for any reasons, you get knock off 1 point and if you get 8 point in 1 year, you are screw. They don't care if your love one is in the hospital, your children is sick or you get into a car accident, YOU are still getting the -1 point that day. You can show proof all you want, they don't care, you are getting that -1 point.)
