      Pros

      Great coworkers, enjoy working with my patients. Great hours.

      Cons

      Management does not communicate appropriately, alot of bullying goes on if your not in the "in" crowd. Not the best pay for the number of years of experience. Forced to take low need and use your own PTO unless you dont want to be paid that is. Schedule can change day to day based on management and staffing.

      Pros

      I love my coworkers. I feel that the nurses I am surrounded with are always willing to help whenever I need them. People are positive (for the most part), and try to approach their shift with great energy.

      Cons

      Allina is a corporation, much like many hospitals now. It is sometimes hard to make improvements internally because EVERYTHING is about money. This, I understand, keeps the hospital running. It is just frustrating sometimes.

      Great Surgeons, bad management

      Pros

      Surgeons are great, benefits were decent.

      Cons

      It was a decent place to work when it comes to the surgeons I worked with. The management was a different story. They would pick out certain people and they were either favorites or they were pinpointed as ones they would want to fire. The middle management did nothing to help the employees succeed.
