      This is not a good company

      Promised us flexibility in the return to the office then immediately took it back. There is no flexibility at all. My managers are remote but would not allow me to take 1 work from home day in lieu of taking a day off. Additionally, when I have been sick or my child has been sick, they won't allow me to work from home and force me to take a day off and burn through PTO instead, they don't even offer sick pay. That isn't flexible, empathetic, understanding, or in support of work-life balance. All this while our manager, director, and leaders are remote.

      None! The managers have no respect to work/life balance

      You will be micro monitored if you work from home. From everything you do on the screen to the type of connection to even the location of your work. Absolutely exhausting. You aren't allowed to go to the bathroom, even when working remotely, you will need to clock out and clock back in just for the bathroom in your own house. The equipments aren't even provided in full, no headset provided yet they expect you to make calls, no second monitor provided but they force you to have two screens. Also, if you decide to quit within 30 days, you will be paid only minimum wage. The equipments (just a crappy laptop) has to be sent back within 5 days or you will get a 800$ fine.

      Day to day atmosphere is pleasant. Immediate reporting managers are kind.

      Cons

      Company executives and site leads are deceptive and manipulative. HR is a joke.
