      Pros

      Some good team members, overall good benefits, good pay, good vision for the higher corporate culture, and good networking.

      Cons

      BL Risk leader for our team does not support women on their team. They are rude, treat us poorly, don't give us a positive change, refuse to develop us due to competition, and gatekeep knowledge to make us look bad. Ally does not listen to our feedback or try to make change over it. Out of touch with lower level employees. Other areas of the company are great and work cohesively together. I wish Ally would be more flexible with remote work.

      I like my team enough

      Cons

      Won't allow any remote work at all even though I am a long term employee with a proven performance. I can't stay motivated and invested in my company or work knowing they don't trust me and want to micromanage. I am looking elsewhere and going to another company.

      Good entry level job with mostly helpful teammates

      Cons

      The salary is not worth the stress of having to work in office full time. Ally is not at all open to remote work. The mediocre pay will not go nearly as far when working in office and paying for lunch, clothes, commuting, gas etc...
