Pros

The benefits are solid for employees

Cons

The pay is not comparable to others in industry. There is a lack of recognition and movement for career paths. The commitment to DEI is often slowed by stale upper leadership who are against any sort of change. Tech is stagnant for a company who claims to be "the digital bank" and "do it right" falls short for the employees. Front line workers can tell horror stories. The past 4 years have shown complete incompetence and lack of direction from leadership throwing around buzz words with little follow through. Work life balance falls short after layoffs and implementing AI mental health benefits wont save someone doing the work of three people. Talent has left for greener pastures. What a waste and shell of a company compared to when I first started.

Pros

The benefits are really good, and they definitely keep promise on letting you take your PTO and using all of it. That’s where the “do it right” culture ends.

Cons

The pay is solidly under market, raises are subpar even in the most profitable years, and people get promoted for just doing their jobs or being chosen children. The new structure in procurement is chaotic at best. The leadership is elitist and shaky, and it is going to have an impact on the internal customers. There might be other areas where one can have a completely different experience, but I would strongly recommend going elsewhere with a career in supply chain.

Pros

You were paid by the company.

Cons

Where to start? Management is controlling, manipulative, and dishonest. Company is a wannabe tech company and several of the characters are like those on social media who miraculously become an expert on a new tech topic with every passing fad despite lacking any form of demonstrated competence. Analytics jobs are in name only as this is where they stick overflow and diversity hires. Return to office for an online only bank is both hypocritical and absurd. Management actively works against employee success as if what's good for you must be bad for them.
