Pros

Work is easy, push for essentialism was good cutting unnecessary things. Coworkers were awesome felt more like friends. Good pto and benefits. Promotional opportunities are good

Cons

When I got promoted they said you could only get so much % increase in salary so I was underpaid by 5k after the first promotion and then a year later I was promoted again and was underpaid by 13k (it was my job to know how much new roles were getting hired at) when I said I wanted more money my boss said “noted, don’t we all”

Pros

The benefits, perks, and usage of modern technology.

Cons

No work/life balance, micromanaged, poor leadership, only valued if you drink the corporate Kool-Aid or have been there for decades, team members getting bullied and harassed, overall toxic work environment.

Pros

Pay, benefits, and resources groups

Cons

The leadership here is an absolute joke. They do not care about the wellbeing of their teams, they only care about themselves and sucking up to the CEO who commands complete control. They do not lead by example in the least.
