Toxic work environment. Call center. They only care about your numbers instead of clients. They preach diversity but don't practice that at all. All white Ally Invest managers.

I have never seen a company micromanage it’s employees more than Ally. I have also never worked for a company that has so much distrust in the very people they hired. If I had another option I would leave. There is ZERO consistency and we are worked like dogs. Ally is more concerned about handle time than actually taking care of the customer, so the people with the lowest numbers are considered better than the ones that actually care and try to help the customer with a one call resolution when possible. If you have a disability, don’t come here, they don’t care unless you know someone higher up. As soon as I find something comparable I will be leaving.
