Pros

Can't think of any that make it worth it.

Cons

They shove fake culture down your throat while being stuffy and completely inflexible to change and adaptation. They want you to give 200% but refuse to compromise or offer the employee the benefits they truly need. You are expected to work long hours, do the work of 2 people, work on endless projects etc... all for low pay and being forced into office. On top of having all this work, you have to spend hours a day dressing like a corporate zombie and commuting into office. Ally does not respect or trust us at all. They do not care about your health. They do not care about you. They do not care about your work life balance. No benefit to being in office but we are going back in office 5 days a week soon. They see the extremely high turnover of top talent due to this and they still double down, lie to us, and pretend everything is alright and everyone is happy. We need a new CEO and president who listens to the workers and cares about us instead of catering to the stockholders. This company is not for the employees at all. Typical greedy corporate environment.

Pros

Not a leader in the industry at all

Cons

So many fintechs, regional banks, and major companies such as USAA, US Bank, Chase, PNC, Citizens, BOA are offering 100% remote positions. I am a higher level employee being forced in office for no reason when none of my team is at my location. This fake collaboration and socialization is not true. I site at my cubicle alone all day struggling to concentrate. I drive 2 hours a day for no benefit. I also think it is insane that we are making the call center employees work in office. Call center jobs are not great and most call centers are now 100% remote environments. We can't keep employees as it is. Why would anyone come work for us when we require in office while our competitors are more worker friendly?

Pros

Good entry level job but only good for grads and interns. Move on to a better company.

Cons

It is not fun wasting so much personal time commuting to the office. The environment is very clique and forced. The CEO is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Inexperienced directors. Horrible office layout, who thought it would be a good idea to pack us all on top of each other? Pay is not competitive. They do not care about us or listen to us. No clear direction within departments. The only thing they care about is stuffing us into the office like a cog in their machine.
