      Pros

      Decent pay controlled atmosphere free wokout room room for advancement 5 weeks paid training decent benefits but they could be better 20 days of vacation right off the bat

      Cons

      not enough time job shadowing before you start making phone calls quality monitoring personnel are a little on the rude side

      Pros

      The benefits as in health and dental and vision are pretty good. Vacation or PTO (paid time off) are also pretty good. Hours for most are pretty good too. Most people work hard and are friendly.

      Cons

      The pay is not good in Waterloo. They know they have you here. In other words, there isn't a lot of competition for the services of the employees in the the area so they don't have to pay you - and they don't! Other locations get paid much better than here even though we're constantly told how good of a site we are? In recent years they've taken away some holidays and PTO with no pay increase...come on. The employees have NO voice or representation -when the company decides to make decisions that's it, regardless if the workforce likes it or hates it.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, smart coworkers within IT.

      Cons

      Favoritism, cliques, work from home available only to the chosen. In IT on certain teams, no opportunity for women due to the choices of some. Mostly run by men.
