Pros

Good Benefits, (prior to 2009) great bonus incentive, room grow position change, continual education, easy to work in personal obligations as needed, comfortable culture.

Cons

Bonus structure revamped after HAMP's inception, some of management (all facets) no longer have dedication to their job, major change happening too often (daily/weekly) after 2009.
