Pros

Good pay, good benefits, fair treatment from upper management. Work load is hard but rewards are worth the effort. Opinions are respected.

Cons

New plans that are rolled out need to be thought out with more input from the field. This way not so much roll out and then roll back.

Pros

responsibilities are to conduct procedural and operational reviews of processes and systems against corporate, government, and internal compliance standards. The candidate will provide guidance to departmental teams with the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of controlled processes, documentation, and compliance routines.

Cons

Pay is not great. The benefits are adequate, but the work life balance is not worth the effort put into the job.
