They hired me quickly and got me into training within the next week.

Cons

They never fully told you you would be working with aggressive kids, kinda brushed it off like it was a small number of cases they held. Pay was less than most other companies, and their training to be desired. Supervisors often weren’t much help because they weren’t much more trained than you were.

Pros

ASI is a great employer. The flexible scheduling is amazing and totally allows me to work around my other obligations. I love the training and support too. When I started I didn't have a lot of experience but ASI has been awesome about ongoing training and support. There is always someone available if I have any questions or issues, and I have learned so much. Plus they really care about the clients and the kids. It's not just a business to them--they really are dedicated to helping families and improving lives.

Cons

Can't think of any. LBUSD isn't the greatest but that's totally not ASI's fault!
