The BCBAs and training is horrible and will not prepare you for this job. The pay is low and the upper management and supervisiors do not know what they are doing!

Was great at first, but over the years has gotten abysmal.

Pros

-Great, fun clinical staff that care (mostly). -flexible hours, if working part time.

Cons

-Some clinical staff do not listen to full concerns. -HR and all other divisions have terrible communication issues. (insurance packet being misplaced, twice, and now has taken more than 3 weeks to get said insurance set up.) -LBUSD can be a toxic environment to work in at times. -Pay sucks, from what I have seen looking around now.
