One of the worst company I have ever worked and seriously will not recommend any one to work in this organization. I have more than 11 years of experience and worked in various MNC’s but the higher management in this organization is a big ZERO. They will fire any one at any point of time without having a discussion. They will treat you like a slave and don’t even care about your thoughts. It was one of the biggest mistake of my life that I joined this company. No employee satisfaction, no infrastructure, No management, Salary is not on time and they will give you silly excuses for this. They don’t even trust on their employees and do micromanagement on small-small thigs like AC (which is very funny). Last but not the least “think twice, thrice to join this company if this will be the last option in your life”
