Not hard to get the job, chill interview process, decent pay if you do not have dependents/have a different source of income. Quality childcare and the kids are always fantastic, of course.

Cons

part-time job only, no benefits, VERY little chance of career growth, the app is annoying, there is no realistic time to finish lessons with the kids.
