Pros

Nice office, lots of snacks, some great people, fast growing company.

Cons

Low base pay compared to similar tech companies, promotions can take a while (I’ve seen SDR’s going on 3 years), not super diverse (ESPECIALLY the leadership), impossible quotas (only 2 SDR’s on the FS HG team hit quota last quarter), unfair territory splits and inbound lead flows.
