I recognize that this is not your average 9-5 job and that this role is not for everyone. Management: Our managers are young, and this is why top-tier talent joins AlphaSights. We offer people the chance to manage a team within two years; this requires jumping in at the deep end and learning on the job. The Client Service role: A good way to describe the role is as a mixture of research, recruiting, and revenue generation.
